Recommended every 6–12 months, regular tuning maintains string tension, prevents long-term damage, and keeps your piano performance-ready—whether you're a casual player or a professional musician.

A pitch raise tuning is a preliminary adjustment performed when a piano is significantly out of tune—often due to years without maintenance or environmental changes. If a piano's overall pitch has dropped too low (typically more than 10–20 cents flat), a single fine-tuning won't hold. In this service, we raise all strings closer to the correct pitch in preparation for a precise, stable final tuning. This ensures your piano can be accurately tuned and safely restored to concert pitch (A440), preventing string tension imbalances and future instability.
Voicing

Voicing adjusts the tone and personality of your piano to better suit your preferences or performance needs. Over time, piano hammers become hard or uneven, causing the tone to sound too bright, harsh, or dull. Voicing involves reshaping and softening or hardening the hammer felts to achieve a more even, warm, and expressive sound across the entire keyboard. Whether you want a mellower tone for home playing or a brighter one for performance, voicing fine-tunes the piano's character—not just its pitch.
